Typical speciality of our bakery, it is produced all year round in the shape of panettone and in the shape of a dove for Easter. It is a sweet of great softness and sweetness. It is produced with natural yeast “Mother Yeast”. It was conceived to satisfy those who do not like candied fruit. Soft with a strong Sicilian citrus flavour and a pleasant fragrance of Limoncello.
